Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Dawson Fine Wine & Spirits, 46 Blue Ridge Parkway, Dawsonville, GA 30534. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to use this site and to buy alcohol. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at pickup or delivery, and the person receiving the order must be the 21+ purchaser. We may refuse or cancel any order if age cannot be verified, if the customer appears intoxicated, or if a sale would break Georgia law.

Products and pricing

We work to keep prices, descriptions and stock accurate, but errors happen. Product images are for illustration, and vintages, labels and packaging may differ. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we will contact you before charging or will cancel that item.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it. Payment is taken at checkout or at pickup, as shown at checkout. Applicable Georgia sales and excise taxes are added to your order.

Pickup and delivery

Orders are available during store hours. Alcohol sales follow Georgia and Dawson County rules, including Sunday hours.

Returns

Under Georgia law, alcoholic beverages cannot be returned once they leave the store, except for a product that is damaged or defective at the time of sale. Please check your order at pickup and tell us about any problem right away.

Use of the site

Content on this site belongs to Dawson Fine Wine & Spirits or its suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use. Do not misuse the site or try to access it in ways it was not designed for.

Liability

Please drink responsibly. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
